  • Is it necessary to have an account to shop on The Loom Studio website?
    Not at all! It is completely your choice to create an account with us. You can shop with us and simply checkout as a guest and provide the necessary details for us to process and deliver your order. But we do recommend you to have yourself registered with us in order to avail offers, promotional updates, quicker checkout and issue resolution
  • How do I register my account?
    To register, you just need to click on the top right of our website where it says 'Login'. You can register with us using one of the following ways below: Using your Facebook account Using your Google account Using your email In case of any queries or to report any issues regarding signup process, please reach us directly via live chat or and we will help you.
  • Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order is placed?
    Unfortunately, that is not possible at the moment once the order is placed. However, you can reach us and we can help you change the address on your order, only if it is not yet dispatched. If your order is already dispatched from our end but it gets returned to us due to incorrect delivery address, we will cancel your order upon receiving back the product. Your order amount will be refunded after adjustment of return shipping and processing charges of INR 200 per delivery rejected. You can then place a new order with correct delivery address for the same item. In case you want to change your address in general (not related to a particular order) then you can do the same from your My Account section.
